We all know that health and healthy living are not imagined without physical exercise. But do you really need to exercise every single day? Well, yes you do!
It does not matter whether you are young or old, you need to do some physical activities daily. Does it mean that you must go to gym? No, absolutely not! Every movement you do on a daily basis count as an exercise. Well, it may not be enough thou, unfortunately.
It is a good practice to start your day with some morning exercises just to wake up your body from sleep. It could be slow motions or rapid ones as far as you feel good and comfortable. Morning yoga or jog are good examples of it.
Daily walk in a park is also a good solution. It is recommended by WHO (World Health Organization) to do daily exercise 30-60 minute per day to stay healthy. So, if you do not like any super active sports than a daily walk is right for you!
